Special Needs Access Point

The Child Care Special Needs Access Point (SNAP) is the single-point of access for special needs services for children, birthto age six, attending or planning to attend licensed child care in Wateloo region. SNAP takes referrals from child care programs, community agencies and parents who hae a concern about their chlid's  development and then links families to the most appropriate resource, support or srvice. kidsLINK is the host agency for SNAP and is one of seven partners in the Child Care Special Needs Resourcing Partnership (CCSNRP).
